What does the monitoring actually cover?
Network health and Wi-Fi coverage, backup completion and restore tests, Microsoft 365 / email sync, and core hardware health (servers, NAS, key workstations). We tune it to what your business actually runs on during onboarding.
Why a separate onboarding visit?
Monitoring is only as good as the setup underneath it. The visit is where we see your actual office, fix anything fragile, and connect systems to monitoring properly. It's quoted flat before we start — no surprises.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Month-to-month. We'd rather keep you by being useful than by contract.
What if we're bigger than 15 staff, or need more?
